Order Timeline

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

We do not have a set time line for the production and delivery of each of our orders. Some of our items are produced in bulk and will be available the day that they are purchased to be shipped out. Other items need to be put into our production que and can take anywhere from a week to six weeks in production before they will be ready. 

Robes, Altar Cloths and Banners

Most fabric products are hand made upon request. Meaning that we do not keep a large stockpile of them and will make them as an order comes in. When ordering a set of equipment with robes and other items you should plan to expect the order within 4 to 6 weeks from date of purchase. 

Graduation Cords

We keep a stock of organization graduation cords. Those will ship out within a week of ordering. We recommend that you use USPS Priority Mail to ship graduation cords as they will arrive within three days of shipment and can be delivered on Saturdays as well. 

For custom graduation cords please allow three to four weeks for them to be produced and shipped. 

Cast Mold Products

For our products that are plastic inject mold, plastic resin mold or fiberglass molded please allow 4-8 weeks for the production and shipping. They are very custom specific items that are very time intensive to produce. We recommend that you ship those products with FedEx to ensure they arrive without damages. 

If for some reason you order can not be produced and shipped within that time frame we will provide notification to you along with an expected production and delivery date.
